The Executive Edge Experience was a very insightful relaxed conference style teaching that teaches you that leadership and executive positions go hand in hand no matter the setting. I've learned that you can't have one without the other and one side should never bigger than the other. I've learned the differences and different ways of protecting your leader and much more.
